*SWAG: Secretly We Are Gay

Yakult Ice cream

4 egg yolks
200 gr 35%+ cream
70 gr icing sugar
4 small bottles of yakult (around 250ml)

beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale yellow-white
whip the cream until not still quite liquid
add 2 bottles of yakult to the egg-sugar mixture 
and add the other 2 bottles to the cream
mix gently both of them until smooth
then combine both mixtures slowly together

allow to cool in the fridge for 4 hrs. 
then transfer to icecream maker and churn for 30-40 mins

Note: DO NOT mix the 4 bottles of yakult with any of the mixutures at once
the low ph value of the yakult will curdle the eggs or the cream
