Lasagna recept

Extra nodig

1 Bolletje mozerella (of 2)
100 gr Gehakt
1 Grote ui
1 Teentje knoflook
Gemengde kruiden, italiaans, provencaals oid.

Voorbereiding
Oven , boven en onderwarmte, op 180-200 graden in stellen en voorverwarmen (20 min)
Lasagnabakjes onder dompelen in koud water (20 min)

Vellen
Neem per bakje 3 vellen uit de doos. Breng ruim water aan de kook en giet er 3 eetlepels olie in. Doe de vellen langzaam in het water (stuk voor stuk) zodat het  geolied in het water glijdt.
Laat ze koken en roer af en toe een beetje. Zodra de vellen leerachtig en buigbaar zijn er uit halen en afkoelen onder de koude kraan.

Leg 1 vel in het bakje en markeer de maat, snij nu allen op maat bewaar de afgesneden stukken.

Saus
Kruid het gehakt en bak het amper gaar en rul, haal het uit de pan

Doe een beetje olie in de pan en fruit de knoflook en de uien, die beiden fijn genipperd zijn. Doe van de pot saus er ongeveer de helft bij en water zodat er een wat dunne saus ontstaat en doe het gehakt er weer bij en laat heel even doorkoken.

Lasanga
Doe in de schaaltjes een beetje saus en gebruik de afgesneden stukken vel als eerste laag. Doe om en om saus en vellen en eindig met saus boven op. Beetje uitmikken dus. Snij de Mozerella in plakken van ongeveer 0,5 cm (scherp mes) en bedek daar de lasanga mee.  Ongeveer een half uur in de oven en het is klaar. Laat een minuut of 5 afkoelen (echt doen is lekkerder). Serveer in de bakjes

eet ze met hapjes en pas op voor de kapjes !

Creme Brulee (units in grams)

This makes for around 6 ramekins.

180 gram of milk
2 gram of zest
100 gram of egg yolks (5 pc)
300 gr cream
100 gr sugar

make the milk to boil add the zest leave simmer for 2 min
meanwhile stirr the sugar with the yolks and add the milk
strain it into the cream and stir gently (make no bubbles)

put au bain marie in oven at 120 C for 45-50 min until firm but still "wobbly"

cool down, add some suger and caramlize them, ready enjoy

bieten op zoetzuur

En dan heb je bieten in de tuin.

600 gr bieten
80 gr suiker
klein uitje
flinke sjalot
350 ml azijn
2 chili's
7 witte peper korrels
1 laurier blad
theelepel zout

Kook de bieten met water (ongeschild) tot ze beetgaar zijn (haal de kleinen er eerder uit anders worden ze moes).
Wrijf de schil eraf en snij ze in blokken.
Snij de ui en sjalot in ringen

Maak een liter pot schoon met kokend water. Wie er in gelooft mag ook soda gebruiken.
Kook de azijn met de chili's, peperkorrels, zout, suiker en het laurierblad tot suiker en zout opgelost zijn.

Doe de blokken biet met de gesneden ringen in de pot (beetje door elkaar)
Overgiet het met de kokend hete azijn.
Doe de peperkorrels etc ook in de pot (ziet er leuk uit).

Sluit de pot en doe hem in de oven op 125 voor 20 minuten [1 jaar houdbaar].
Als je dit te griezelig vindt mag je hem ook omgekeerd laten afkoelen [3 maanden houdbaar]

Final day of the song contest

Well here are the things that i have not commented yet.

11 France. Well this guy definitely looks like John Lennon in his better days, and hence he wears the jacket once worn by Napoleon, Hey there is still a hand in the left inside pocket.........
12. Italy. Well get a jazz that no club wants to hire and a boring backgrond of a piano with sharks swimming in it and there you have it. Crapsound2000
14. United Kingdom, The British are really desperate, by sending Blue....  And well this is NOT going to win I hope.
16. And Germany thought why not do it again, same girl almost same song. What a failure.
21. Another tributing country that is in the fnals because they pay loads of money. Good way to spend that money, if it was for me they would never gotten into the finals anyway


After seeing the finals the best are: Italy, Ireland, Greece, Georgia, Sweden and Estonia

Eurovision Song Contest 2 The Thursday Semi Finals

Here are our  comments to the semi-finals.

1. Bosnia Herzegowina. Hey that's that guy from a few years ago. But the song is too Humpa Humpa Humpa. And that checker-pattern clothes are soooo last century
2. Austria. Wow that is such an ugly wig she is wearing. But she can sing well.
3. The Netherlands. What an ugly guy and what a stupid walk he has. And what a stupid song. Is that English? Is he the hunchback of the Notre Dame ?
4. Belgium. Now that is a nice song, never thought "Les Belges" could sing like that. Very good!
5. Slowakia. Nice dresses and the background is superb. And they can sing!
6. Ukrain. How interesting  sand-pattern artist -- NOT -- She probably had chicken for dinner and plucked it herself and superglued the feathers to her dress... what a poor performance we see here
7. Moldavia, Wow those guys have black cones on their heads. So Rocky?? very pop-punky not bad but also not good!
8. Sweden, Now this is a good Songfestival song. Is this song written by Vince Clarke? It sounds like Erasure, Yazoo and The Assembly at the same. THIS is my favourite. This is GOOD.
9. Cyprus, Those guys look cool like they just came out of the local leather gay bar But the song and that girl with that baloon lamp on a string make this act a complete disaster. Bleah and Urgh!
10. Bulgaria. Supposedly this is Bulgarian rock. Obviously they fail and they sing so out of key. And the piano sample is stolen!
11. FYR Macedonia, Man this is way below any standard. not so good, not so bad, actually quite worse, worst, worstest.
12. Israel, this is Dana International and after all those years she looks a hag from the evil forest. One word says it all "CRAP". O darling get your ding-dong and go home!
13. Slovenia, hmm Spinning all around does not not exite me, so poor the costumes.
14. Romania, those striped pants make you look like a fat ass zebra dude! And the piano intro is stolen from Breakfast in America (by Supertramp)
15. Estonia, quite poppy song. And a really nice background with building. And those guys can dance!
16. Belarus. This is a very Beluarusian Government approved song, dictatorial propaganda.
17. Latvia. If you dont have a nice ass, then dont wear this style of pants! Out of key singing
18. Denmark. when you look at those guys you'd expect to hear a song that Rocks... they fail
19. Ireland, this is great, what a good show, great background, magnificent costumes and a superb song. This is this semi-2's winner for me

OK so far so good. Our favorites are belgium, slowakia, sweden, estonia, and this years winner on saturday should be  Ireland (or maybe Sweden)

Eurovision Song Contest 1 the Tuesday Semi Finals

Here are our  comments to the semi-finals.

1. Poland, what a crap song. no more words to spend
2. Norway, again a crap song, too tropical for a Scandinavian country, failure
3. Albania, looks like a drag queen but alas quite a nice song
4. Armenia, thin watery song. boom boom chacka chacka, thin voice
5. Turkey, nice popular song. But far away from the nice they had last year
6. Serbia, Poppy song, seventies presentation, quite cute actually
7. Russia, Teenage hero song. Not too bad but not really good
8. Switzerland, sounds like the music for an insurance commercial. But she can sing!
9. Georgia, now that's a cool song. Up to now, that is best song
10. Finland, this looks toooo much like Johnny Logan, what's another song. But nice background.
11. Malta. Wow this is sooo gay. Very good dancers and nice song. Love it (but Georgia is still better)
12 San Marino, did not know they had enough people living there to produce any good singers..... ah, they dont
13. Croatia, what a lame magicians tricks changing her dress. And the background girls sing out of key
14. Iceland, those guys should have stayed on their farm herding sheep or cows.
15. Hungary, What a cheap nylon dress. Is she trying to look like Madonna?.... She fails.
16. Portugal. This is a nice folk song! But the costumes fail. But hey, maybe the Portuguese common folk look like that....
17. Lithuania, did someone just strangle a cat?....
18. Azerbaijan. Is it is me or did I hear this song before,,,, Nice firewall dropping down tho.
19. Greece. This is completely different than last 2 years. And quite good too!

OK so far so good. Our favorites are Portugal, Serbia, Switzerland, Greece and Georgia.

Well here it is

Here it is my new blog. We moved to Zoetermeer in january this year. And now the house is almost finished a new era has started (barf hehehe). Well for now nothing much, but soon enough here will come up all new things about our place.
